Motorcycle museum and cafe.

This place is just not a biker’s paradise but a very young, energetic and social place. No class to define who you are, what you are as far as you sit back and enjoy your cup of coffee.

This café is a tribute to the owner’s collection of his love interest “bikes” .The motorcycle museum is on the first floor and the café is placed on the ground floor.

Prabhu the owner of the motorcycle museum & café which is the first of its kind in the country started collecting bikes from 1992, He has been a part of a number of road trip through the length and breadth of the country. This café projects glimpse of his journey so far. “The idea of the cafeteria came to me when friends would come to see my bikes were earlier stored at home and then wander into the kitchen in the hope of a bite to eat,”he says

The café has an unusual atmosphere, people don’t just come there to eat but come there to socialize, meet new people and forgo their worries. They come to relax, sing and laugh . It’s the most interesting café I have been to so far. The bikes definitely make it interesting but for me the atmosphere makes me go there again and again.

Let’s not forget the food, it is yummy the pasta and the mushroom molly is a definite YES, as well as the lime juice. They keep experimenting and expanding the menu on a daily basis .In the hope of turning it into a watering hole for bikers, Prabhu has also applied for wine license.

The décor of the place is very classic, metal buckets as artifacts, old classic furniture, and a wooden coffee bar counter. You will also notice an old sewing machine converted into a table, some interesting ash trays and coasters, strains of classic rock for an old record player can be heard in the background mingled with the sound of steak sizzling on the grill.
